When I first met Diane, we were work collegues, and very quickly that grew to friends, and from there to good friends. We spent many lunch hours together, talking about life, the kids, anything going on in our lives. When she was first diagnosed, I cried, but she said "dont worry,I can beat this" and she did for a long time. She went on to get her RN, I remember many days quizzing her for tests, and proofreading papers, and she became a great RN! She fought as long as she could, and I will remember Diane as a STRONG, fun-loving, wonderful friend! Tom and I will miss her smile and kind words she always had. We love and miss you Diane
