Meyer Rosina "Rose" of Northport on June 4, 2010 at the age of 103. Predeceased by her husband Albert, and her son George. She is survived by her sister in Germany and her grandson George Meyer II of Florida, her wonderful caregiver Patrice Grant and her friends Barbara Ragonese, Dolores Mc Cormack, Toni Miller and Pat and Jay Walsh. Born in Germany, she came to this country as a teenager and was a seamstress at Jenelten's upholstery shop in Northport for 50 years.
