Grignon, Wayne L. Sr. 57 of Pruyn Hill Road died suddenly Tuesday June 15, 2010. Born and educated in Cohoes he was the son of the late Clement and Lucille Devine Grignon. Wayne lived most of his life in the Cohoes area before moving to Mechanicville 2 years ago. He was a Transportation Supervisor at the time of his death at the US Food Service Co. in Clifton Park. He had worked there for the last 12 years. Prior to that he worked for the American Flat Glass Co. in Scotia for 4 years and the former Altek Specialty Steel Co. in Watervliet for 20 years. Wayne was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing, horseback riding, camping and skiing. Survivors include his wife Eugenia L. Orlandi Grignon. He is also survived by one sister Linda J. Sloan of Troy and many other family members. Reposing Nolan & Taylor Howe Funeral Home, 5 laurel Avenue, Northport Sunday 4-7 PM. Funeral Mass 9:45 AM Monday at St. Anthony of Padua Church, East Northport. Interment to follow at St. Philip Neri Cemetery, East Northport.
