My thoughts and prayers to the family. May the Lord welcome our brother Charlie, for he was a man who brought good spirit to all those that he encountered. A dear friend and brother Steamfitter who I always respected and looked up to. Charlie always had a smile on his face and greeted me with kind words. Very optimistic and full of cheer! I will miss him dearly. I thank God for bringing him into my life. May Charlie,Jr. and all of his family find comfort in knowing that he is at peace and brought goodness to so many people. Our Union, Local 638 is better because of him. God Bless You, Charlie.
