Hayhurst, Robert W. - 77 of East Northport on August 4, 2011. He served in the Navy and was actively involved with the V.F.W. Post 9267. Retired from Grumman Aerospace where he was the Quality Operations Manager of the LEM Program. Beloved husband of Dorothy. Loving father of Linda (Scott) Gring, Bobby, David (Jennifer), and Dawn (Andrew) Welch. Adored by his grandchildren; Heather, Aryn, Meghan, Hayley, Kristina, David, Matthew and Michael. Visiting Nolan & Taylor-Howe Funeral Home, 5 Laurel Ave., Northport Sunday 2-5 & 7-9 PM with V.F.W. Services at 7:30 PM. Interment Monday 12:30 PM at Calverton National Cemetery with Military Honors.
