Johns love of life and all people is not something that can be taught, but it is something that can be learned.
His children saw his smile light up every room he entered because it was real and came through his eyes & from his heart.
Bern, Sharron and Johnny learned by his example and it has become part of them, as their children will learn from their example and it will continue for generations.
John made the world a better place to be for us and for our childrens children.
For that John; THANK YOU !

Through John's daughter Sharron I became aware of John's illness just recently. I know that he and his wife must have been wonderful parents by the upbringing they did with Sharron with her caring ways and total friendship she showed our daughter Diane. Our prayers are being sent to this wonderful family and especially to Sharron. He is now resting in peace. Love, Arlene

Knowing John since age 12 first as a good friend then as a cousin through marriage, I can only say he always brought smiles to all he was with. At a wedding he told us all at the table he and Christina had bought a condo in Florida sight unseen like a mail order bride. John had a way of making everyone feel good no matter what else was going on around him. A faithful, loving, husband ,father, grandfather , brother & friend. Arlene

John, you made us laugh.Your humor was like no one elses. We remember all those times, we had our theme dinners, the back yard barbeques.. All of our group trips with the friends. Things have changed quite a bit, but we will have lasting memories of time spent with you as our friend. We love you. Godspeed..

God saw you getting tired
and a cure was not meant to be,
So he put his arms around you
and whispered "Come to Me".
With tearful eyes we watched you,
as we saw you pass away.
Although we loved you deeply,
we could not make you stay.
Your Golden Heart stopped beating,
hard working hands at rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us,
He only takes the best.

John always hugged you with his smile. He wrapped it around everyone he met. He brought out the good in others by being himself.
'Til we meet again.
