Skipper and I grew up across the street from each other in Smithtown, and as boys we played together almost every day and every season. Football, baseball, Bad mitten, boxing, snowball fights, sledding, motorcycle riding, waterskiing, walnut fights, wrestling, building forts, and tree forts, and target shooting with BB guns: we had a great childhood, we always competed with each other, and we always liked each other, and I have many many fond memories of times together. I have been trying to reconnect with Skipper and Lori for several years, and I'm so sorry that I finally was able to reconnect with this family only at this point in his life.
My condolences, best wishes, and prayers to all who are grieving at his loss.

Dear Lori,
My thoughts are with you and Ken and all of Skip's family. Please know that you are not alone, that we all love you very much. Amanda spoke with me and told me . It is just so heartbreaking.
