I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Nick at Vivint in NJ. I feel that it's' important that you know how vital Nick was to the success of that office. He lead groups on techniques of presenting solar to homeowners, spoke about his successful work routines, and established himself as "the go to guy" within the office. He was a "pathfinder" in every sense of the word and managed to create a trail for all to follow ! Once, he presented on his "y". Within the office this meant why he was so motivated to succeed. What got him out of bed to find new accounts and push them through to install ...His words stayed with me. I feel that his words are important to share with you at this time. Nick wanted to buy a house for his Dad and family. He felt that it was the least that he could do because his family did so much for him. He was determined to become a DIstrict Manager to achieve his goal. I can only say that he was well on his way to accomplish his goal. He was liked and respected by all. He never ever hesitated to share what he knew and did to help others along their way. A true leader who expected nothing in return. He was a great person and will be missed by more than you could know. Being a mother of 3, I can only say that you did everything right! Take care of each other during this difficult time! I will pray for you all !
