So deeply saddened to hear of Frank's passing. He was truly one of our favorite friends. Since we were neighbors for 7 years, I got to know him well and always enjoyed our conversations and times together. He was charming, smart, witty, and had the great laugh and giggle. Diane and I are heartbroken and will miss him terribly.
Though he was failing recently, he was always in good spirits. Sorry we didn't get the chance to see him in the past month, but so glad he didn't suffer and passed away peacefully.
Really was hoping to celebrate his milestone 100th birthday with him. He will be greatly missed and forever in our memories. Rest in peace, old friend.
Love Bruce Dulberg and Diane Blazina

Dear Diane and Glen
I have been trying to call Frank for the past two weeks, when I couldn't get him I had a feeling something was wrong. I didn't have any of his families phone number so I couldn't get in touch with him. The last time I saw Frank was January 11, 2016. I took him to lunch at Sweet Mammas in Northport. We had a delightful conversation. He said the next time we go to lunch he will treat me. I was calling to make a lunch date with him. I wish I knew he was in Gerwin I could have spent some time with him.
I have been very fond of Frank for many years. We were dance partners, we danced all over and several times a week. We had lots of fun learning all kinds of Western dance steps. I will miss him.
I took some pictures of Frank with my cell phone. I will have them printed for you.
