Obituary of Peter Anthony Mirabile
Mirabile, Peter Anthony, Dr., passed away Friday October 7, 2016. He was born in Brooklyn, NYand raised in Northport, NY. Peter was in the class of 1984 at St. Anthony's High School in Smithtown, NY, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Boston College in 1988, and received his Medical Degree from St. George's University School of Medicine in 1994. Dr. Mirabile was a former Sr. Director of Medical and Scientific Affairs at McCann Erickson and was also previously employed at both Chadbourne and Parke LLP and Schneider, Kleinick, Weltz, and Damashek. He was a longtime resident in Chelsea, NYC and had recently retired to Delray, Florida. He was renowned for his lust for life and love of family. Peter was preceded in death by his grandparents, Nick and Angela Mirabile, Dr. Anthony V. Guagliano and his wife Jean Guagliano, and his uncle Dr. Joseph C. Mirabile. He is survived by his mother Ann Marie D. Mirabile, his father Dr. Charles P. Mirabile, Sr., his brother Dr. Charles P. Mirabile, Jr., and his Wife Kelly Mirabile, along with their children, Carly A. Mirabile, Nick A. Mirabile and Kenny Christian Peter Mirabile. He is additionally survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Visitation will be Friday October 14 from 2-5 and 7-9 PM at Nolan & Taylor-Howe Funeral Home, 5 Laurel Avenue, Northport. Funeral Mass Saturday 10 AM, at St. Philip Neri Church, Northport, NY. Interment to follow in the Parish Cemetery, in East Northport. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 417005 Boston, MA, 02241-7005, would be appreciated.
