Just found out about this. I am deeply saddened. I didn't know his wife or children as I knew Phil from college - he was my roommate @ Plattsburgh State in 1978- 1979. I'm from Long Island, and Phil and I rode together back to college together several times. I met his mom and dad and Phil met several people from my family. Again, my deepest condolences to Phil's family and closest friends. He was a top notch, stand up guy.

Just found out today of this so sad news ! From what I knew of PHIL he was and excellent dad and husband Stacy along with the rest of my family spent many great times in VERMONT enjoying meals and skiing with Phil. Peace for him and Pewce for all of you

Belinda, I am very sorry for your loss. Phil, was one of the kindest and honorable man I have know to date. Although, our paths crossed many years ago and again just recently, it was great to see the man and father he had become. He will always be remembered fondly.
