Frank was absolutely genuine. His warm and heartfelt persona was obvious to all who knew him. Frank engendered a feeling of "I like me when I'm with you" that was infectious. As the former president of the Huntington Senior Citizens Golf Club he goes down in my opinion as the finest Officer the Club has ever had. I told him so several times over the years but he always demurred. You have left us Frank but the memories will never be forgotten. RIP
