My condolences to the whole Clark family. Mrs. Clark was such a nice woman and my first next door neighbor in life, as we lived next to them in Greenlawn for the first 8 years of my life. She always treated us like family and raised a great group of Children. I had countless hours of playing with her children, driving around in the back of her VW, and swimming in the pool. I was so sad when we moved away. It is a testament to what a good person she was and the joy she brought to others.
Much love and may her memory live on through her family.

How sad to hear of Mariel's passing. I knew her from her early days. We were sorority sisters at St. John's University back in the day.... Mariel was a walking party. She brought fun and gladness wherever she went. Her laughter was infectious. She was young and in love with a guy named John Clark. How lucky he was! She has given me many pleasant memories.

Our dearest friends and extended family:
It is with terrific respect and undeniable pain and sympathy that we are forced to say goodbye to the matriarch of the Clark clan...Mariel. She took us in when we unsure, calmed us when we were angry and most importantly made us laugh at every turn of the corner. Beerma will live on forever in our memories and I am sorry that our whole family is scattered and could not all make it in for the services.
We love you all and may god bless all of us in this painful time and may Mariel rest in eternal peace.
We love you, The Whitemans (John, Jack, Lauren and Liz)
