Cherished Grandmother of Emma, Brigid, Madeline, Ian, Eliot, Fernando, Cristina, Peter James, Nicole, Pedro, Ricky, Tristen, Ellis, and Isabella. Fond sister of Francis Hughes, John Hughes and Anne DeNicola. Visiting at Nolan & Taylor-Howe Funeral Home, 5 Laurel Avenue, Northport, Wednesday 2-5 & 7-9pm.
