Dear Patricia & Gus, We are so sorry for your loss. Rita has a beautiful soul and creative spirit that continues to live on in all our hearts. Despite so many health challenges, she managed to bring joy and happiness to all who knew her. Although Rita has left us far too soon, let's take comfort in the notion that she is at peace. Dearest Pat and Gus, How saddened we were to hear the news from Gina of Rita’s passing. Rita was a wonderful person who brought sunshine to this world. She is loved by such a wonderful family and she will not be forgotten. We will see her again in the presence of the Lord someday in His perfect heaven because we believe in what he said, “I go to prepare a place for you” and if you believe in me, you will have eternal life. She is there now. She has no health issues there, is at peace and oh, so very happy. That is a comforting hope but I so know how very much you will miss your beautiful daughter, We have been praying for your hearts and know what a tragic loss this is to any mother and her family. Rita had a smile that lit up the room. She had a way of always making people feel happier. I lost touch with Rita after high school, but I will always remember her warmth and humor. So sad that she is gone. My deepest sympathy to her family and all those who she has touched.
