So stunned and heartbroken like all of you. Great memories being with Danny & the guys - since the 70's - fishing trips to Quincy, Mass., deer hunting at Danny's place in the Catskills, reunion trips just about every year. I worked with Dan’s son Nick as a support broker for a couple of years. When we first connected Dan and nick came to splish splash with a group of guys that I support. We had a great day. I worked closely with Dan in support of Nick. Nick was always very special to me and my family! He still is. My wife would fill in and work with Nick from time to time and whenever I see Nick at Stop & Shop, he always asks how my daughters doing. Nick was also the first person to text me this new year :) When Nick moved into his current housing arrangement I could no longer stay in my position but every time I saw Dan he would always treat me like a friend. The last time I saw him I was at the gym with someone else I support and we sat down and ate some free pizza together and we’re just catching up as friends. I was devestated to hear the news! Dan was such a good father to Nick and we would always talk man to man, father to father.
