Ciresi, Maria - Formerly of East Northport, NY in her 79th year. "Marie" went to heaven July 30, 2013, after a brief but serious illness. Marie was born April 25, 1934, in Brooklyn, NY, to Pompeo and Adeline (Gentile) Cirone. She married James Ciresi on Oct. 25, 1952, in Brooklyn, New York. They moved to East Northport, NY in 1962 and raised three children. They moved to Casselberry, FL in 1989 and then relocated back to Smithtown, NY in 2000. Beloved wife of the late James Ciresi. Loving mother of Greg & his wife Eileen Ciresi of Kings Park, NY, daughter Darlene Ciresi of Bellport, NY, and son Joseph & his wife Pam Ciresi of Limerick, PA. Cherished grandmother of Nicholas, Brianna, Christopher, Victoria, Emily, and Daniel. Dear sister of Concetta Szymanski, and late Ann Rasmussen. Marie served as senior regent of the Moose Club of Greenlawn, NY and took part in many community activities throughout her life. Marie's love for music and her voice inspired everyone who heard it.
