I worked with Ramon for many years and was always happy to see him when he visited our NJ facility. Ramon was one of those rare people that would always lift you up when you were around him. He took on the toughest challenges without complaint and always with a positive attitude. He was always willing to pitch in and help. He took such pride in his family and rarely missed an opportunity to share his joy with us. I will miss his smile, his energy, and sense of humor most. May he be at peace.

I worked with Ramon for several years. He was a member of my group. He was a pleasure to work with and he made so many significant contributions to the projects that he was working on. Ramon always helped others and he did that willingly. I will remember Ramon not just for the good work that he did, but also for the good guy that he was. He was one of those people who made wherever he was a better place. I can honestly say that there was not one time that I talked to Ramon when he did not mention his Son. He was so proud of Marcos and cherished their times spent together. The world has lost a good soul. I will miss him, for sure. My prayer is that Ramon is resting peacefully with his Maker, and all that are in pain dealing with this tragic event, will receive the comfort needed during these difficult times.

Ramon was a kind and tremendously dedicated father who gave so much to this community. I am eternally grateful for the multitude of photos and videos he has taken and shared of our kids through the years – I always knew I could count on him. My wife and I send our deepest condolences to Holly, Marcos and all of Ramon's family and friends at his sudden, tragic passing. This is so unreal. Ramon and I have known each other since high school. Our friendship deepened when we chose to go to the same college together and both chose to commute to school on a daily basis together. Ramon's quiet strength, humor and friendship helped me survive college. I couldn't imagine having gone through those 4 years without him. Although we'd not seen each face to face in many years, for the last few years, we've been in touch daily via our long, on-going chat in Messenger, with Gilbert Aguiles. His love for his family came across in those chats, his devotion to Holly and his beloved son, Marcos. That boy meant everything to him. I regret deeply not having taken the time to get together with him, though we discussed it many times. I know he is at peace in heaven, watching over Marcos, Holly, his parents, his brothers, their kids and all of this friends. I know he's playing D&D in heaven, saving a seat for all us. God bless you, Ramon. Love you, bro.

Ramon was more than my friend of over 42 years—he was my brother. There are no words either I or our friends who have known him for as long as I to express our grief and sorrow at the loss of a truly wonderful human being.
