My friendship with John goes back many years when we worked together at Grumman. His love of family and friends was apparent to everyone who knew him. He was always a pleasure to be with and to talk to about any subject. Joan and I will sorely miss him.

Zio Giacomo-
It's really hard to put into words the times we have shared over the years. From Brooklyn to Commack to Plainview to Northport that span for 63 years.
You are a kind and giving man who was there for everyone whether in need or not.
Looking at the pictures over the last several days brought back memories of so many great times and lots of laughs and joy. All the family gatherings beyond the birthdays and holidays, the picnics, the Sunday dinners...I'll always remember all the meals we shared where we drank and ate too much while always having lively conversations.
Our love of sports, especially basketball, whether we watched games on TV or just talked about games of our favorite teams. You attended not only my games when I played in High School but came to watch my son, Jack play in High School as well. You attended many games with me and Leandra. You came and watched me coach Jack at Northsport and you came to watch me referee at St Phipips Neri.
With my mom and dad in Florida and Nancy's mom and dad in Cape Cod you stepped up and cared for my children, Leandra and Jack. You were known as their stand-in Grandpa, and I mean that in the most loving way. When they were sick and couldn't go to daycare you would watch them while Nancy and I worked. When we got stuck at work you would pick them up from Daycare. You would attend the functions at Daycare whenever there was an event for the Grandparents. Lee and Jack are better young adults today as a result of the times you spent with them.
Your love for animals and their love for you was always evident! When we were away on a trip and Bogey, Harrison, Birdie or Trinity needed to be walked or fed you were there to care for them. Animals have that sense and know a good soul when they come in contact with one!!
When someone needed a ride to or from the airport you were there without anyone even asking. How you got all the luggage and the people in your car I still don't know. Somehow you would find a way.
I only know a little bit about your accomplishments at Grummans. I understand they were beyond great! I was proud to tell my friends that you designed and worked on the landing gear of the Lunar Module and Fighter Jets. And that you have a Patent for an apparatus for an aircraft to be tested that you designed.
I know that you are in Heaven now with all our loved ones that have passed and they are happy to have you with them again.
I will always cherish and hold close to my heart all that you have done for me and my family.
Your Loving Nephew Francesco.

Cousin Jackie will be so deeply missed. We will be forever grateful for all the love and support he has given to my grandparents Caroline & Alfred Pennacchia.
I still laugh when I think of my grandmother saying “everybody out” because she liked to hang out and play games with just Jack when he would come to visit. He was so wonderful with her. Jackie & JoAnn were always there.
One of the things I admired most about Jack was how he made you feel like you were the only one in the room when you were speaking with him.
He would always listen so intently when I spoke, especially if I was telling him a story about our son Finnegan. He was a wonderful man.
We would like to extend our deepest condolences to JoAnn, David, Douglas and the entire family.
Love Lori & Patrick.
