I met Richard, many years ago and like all fathers who have daughters he was like who is this guy. And after a while we did plenty of things together as I lived with him and Susan in his house for awhile. Then me and Sue got married and he became like a second dad to me. He was a smart guy who showed me a lot on computers amongst some other thing and I will always remember him.

I remember phoning my Father; time and time again to complain about how the NY Giants, blew another game they should have won. We would talk about current events and how to program his phone. Though, I didn’t know him much as a child (through phone calls and visits), I learned what a good person he could be. Shame he didn’t have more time, I will miss him.

My dad was extremely smart person. He was able to fix almost anything. It all came naturally to him. Neighbors would come by and ask for suggestions. Being the oldest I got to see much of the best of him and those memories will always be with me. I thank my sister for looking over him and very grateful I was able to see him before he pass to share how much I love him.

I met Rick a few times over the years, occasionally when he would come west to visit his brother Dave. They would try to come visit us on day trips. My late wife, Ellie, was his younger sister; he always kept an eye out for her well being. When I first met Rick, it was obvious that he had the Kenefick sense of humor and zest for life. I enjoyed listening to Ellie talk about Rick in the old days. Rick had a good spirit and will be missed. I offer my condolences to his family. Sincerely, Harold Crean
