Obituary of Carol A. McManus

Carol A. McManus passed away peacefully on April 13, 2020.

Carol was born in Staten Island, New York to Fred and Edith Wine on August 19, 1944. Carol was raised and lived her entire life in East Northport, New York. Her first and most beloved job was raising her beautiful family. Carol worked as a teachers aide at Northport High School until her retirement in December 2017.

Carol was predeceased by her beloved husband James V. McManus. She is survived by her son Patrick McManus, daughters Patricia Hawkins (John), Kelly Ryfkogel (Ron). She was blessed with 4 grandchildren Erin Hawkins, James Hawkins, Kyle McManus and Ryan McManus. She is also survived by her brothers Fred Wine (Diane), Robert Wine (Fran), Edward Wine (Bonnie), and James Wine (Janeen).

Carol was blessed to have many nieces, nephews and a large extended family who will miss her dearly.

Visitation is postponed until further notice due to the restrictions still in place.
