I have just received news of the passing away of our dear Mary Anne. I was honored to have served the Church as an altar boy and later a lectern with her beloved husband Deacon Andy. They both had wisdom and words of tremendous comfort for many of us even as they faced many challenges. Mary and I shared our frustrations regarding Mark and my Mom suffering from very similar illnesses and the difficulties of nursing home care.
I am especially greatful to Mary Anne for her priceless wisdom and direction she gave me after my sister died suddenly. I had lost contact with many including Mary Anne and had recently had her in my thoughts.
Whenever I called Mary Anne I felt like I was as close to God as one can possibly get here on earth. It was an honor and a blessing to have met her and Andy and Mark. May the whole family rest in peace and may their reunion with each other in heaven be the beginning of an eternal and holy joy that they truly deserve!!
Kindly
Charles H.

I'll miss our dear Mary Anne. She was a lovely woman of simple and honest faith. I'll miss the twinkle in her eye. But I feel joy knowing she is reunited with Andy, Mark and Kenneth. Good bye, dear friend. Pray for us.

On behalf of the Carr family we wish to express our deepest sympathies on the passing of Mary Anne. Mary Anne was a very caring and loving person. She was always there if you needed anything. When our Dad was ill she and her husband Andy would come and help out our mom by watching him. They brought communion too. We will miss you Mary Anne. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. May you fly on Angels wings.
