Beloved wife of the late Douglas Howard. Loving mother of Lawrence Howard and his wife Melissa, Patricia Plumley and her husband Joel, and Laura Toolan and her husband Patrick. Cherished grandmother of Neil Howard, Jesse Plumley, Jay Plumley and his wife Brittany, Maggie Toolan, and Sean Toolan. Dear great grandmother of Joyce, Jax & Jace Plumley. Burial will be at Northport Rural Cemetery.
