Obituary of Maureen Amabile

On December 11, 2019 Heaven was blessed with our beautiful Angel. It is with great sadness that The Amabile Family announces the passing of their beloved wife and mother.

Maureen was born August 21, 1938 in East Hampton, New York. Prior to living in Naples, Florida, Maureen and her beloved husband Peter lived in Greenlawn, New York, where they raised their 4 children. She is survived by her husband of 60 plus years, their children Peter Jr., Richard, Robert, and Denice, eleven grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and her "Sisters" Mickey, Loretta, and Diane.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, August 21, 2020 at 10:30 AM at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church in Centerport, NY 11721. During our celebration we will gather to share some of our favorite memories, to laugh, to cry and remember a wonderful person who is greatly missed.
