What I will remember most about Donald is his smile. When I stoped driving Donald would come to visit me. He would always bring a small gift and a big smile. We would talk about our families and remember our times with Carol. Donald was so kind and generous and it was a privilege to know him.

I met Mr Hehir, 50 years ago , when Mr. and Mrs Hehir hosted a New Years Eve party for Brian and Janet’s friends. It was the first of many family celebrations that I was honored to attend. Such a gentle and loving family man, whom I’m sure will be greatly missed. May he Rest In Peace with those he loved.

It was an honor for me to serve next to Mr. Hehir as an usher at St.Anthony,and as I move forward Mr.Hehir will continue to stand next to me each and every Saturday evening mass. I will miss you dearly.

Donald was a friend of my family and I enjoyed the brief encounters I had with him, especially playing bocce with him at Carmine Sposato's basement. He and Tony Olivari built a handicap ramp for my Mother at her house. A great family man, and we thank him for his military service

My Uncle Donald was such a wonderful person. A man of integrity, faith and family. His greatest pride and joy was his family and in this sense he was one of the “riches” men in the world.
