Seán Hartland West of Northport on January 25, 2021. Beloved son of Michael and Virginia West. Loving brother of Mary Kathryn (Kyle Lynch) West. Best friend of Boomer. Dear grandson of John Lawrence Kane, the late Virginia Mary Kane, Corinne Hanley Frassa and the late Hartland St. Claire West. Also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. Visiting Wednesday 5 PM - 9 PM. Funeral Mass 11 AM Thursday at St. Philip Neri Church, Northport. Cremation private.
