Thompson, Dylan P. on May 3rd, 2021 in his 27th year of Centerport. Beloved son of Gloria Thompson Caballero, Paul J. Thompson (Jennifer). Adored brother of Deanna Thompson.

Visiting Nolan Funeral Home, 5 Laurel Avenue Northport Thursday 2-4:30 & 7-9 PM. Funeral Service 8PM at the Funeral Home, Deacon John Rieger presiding.

In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted to Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy.

Additionally, a Memorial Scholarship will be established at Harborfields High School, in the name of Dylan P. Thompson to reward future student athletes who exemplify Dylan's drive, spirit and passion for life and living.
