Mike was one of the good guys. Always had a good (and never the same) story to tell. Man, he sure loved his family, and did he truly enjoy that boat. Everyone got an invite to go, and a lot took him up on it. He always gave, and had to be almost forced to receive. I, as well as the rest of his local pals, will truly miss him.

Have not seen Mike in many years. We hung out in high school for a while. Worked on his white car some back then. He drove it to Va. shortly after I moved here in 1981. Great guy. A lot of fun. Remember being in the back seat of said car, seeing his hand come over the seat," Dollas guys, dollas he would say. Had to have gas money. A memory I will never forget. RIP Mike. I remember when Mike as a boy moved next door to us Fontes. Although I'm 10 years older, Mike would always hang around while I worked on my truck or motorcycle. He was a good kid that I'm sure became a good man. All our best to the family through out this difficult time. Love to all.
