September 2, 1922 - November 29, 2021

Pauline lived a deeply fulfilling life as a mother, sister, wife, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She loved playing the piano, shooting a game of pool, enjoying a glass of Merlot and spending time with her family and friends. She will be greatly missed for her beautiful smile, sense of humor and concern for others. Her many friends always referred to her as "the sunshine lady". Pauline is survived by her children, Kevin (Jean) Nelson, Denise (Brian) Gorman, Eileen (Victor) DeCarmine and Robert (Terri) Nelson, grandchildren Melanie, Victoria, Caitlin, Travis, Julia, Jessica, Bobby and Sean, great grandchildren Theo, Sonia, Caroline and John. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 63 years, John. They are at long last reunited in heaven. Visiting Nolan Funeral Home, 5 Laurel Avenue, Northport, Friday 2-5 & 7-9 PM, Funeral Mass Saturday 10:30 am at St. Philip Neri Church, Northport, private cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers dontaions to St. Jude's childrens hospital, in her memory would be appreciated.
