MY CONDOLENCES TO BARBARA AND THE STOBE FAMILY. I'M SADDENED AT THE LOSS OF A FELLOW VIETNAM VETERAN . WALTER WAS THE BROTHER WHO WAS ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP TO DO WHAT HE COULD IN ALL SITUATIONS, WHETHER IT BE SOMETHING PHYSICAL, OR A KINDNESS... HE WAS ALWAYS THERE!
FROM WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT TO FELLOW VETS,TO MAKING COFFEE FOR OUR ALUMNI GROUP. HE WAS THE PERSON TO GIVE 110% AT ALL TIMES!
HIS DETERMINATION AND SPIRIT WAS ALWAYS THERE, EVEN WITH ALL OF HIS PERSONAL OBSTACLES.
HE WILL ALWAYS BE REMEMBERED, AND DEARLY MISSED. CONTINUE YOUR JOURNEY, WITH THE JOY AND WONDER YOU HAVE SHOWN IN LIFE !
LOVE, JR

Condolences and prayers for the Stobe family and the many who counted Walter as a friend.
Walter was a very good and decent man. He will be sorely missed by those he counted as friends – especially those veterans, who - like himself – served and sacrificed to make the world a better place.
God bless Walter Stobe.

Rest in peace my brother, your work here on Earth is complete and it's time for you to go home. May your spirit soar among the heavens and be the Eagle that you are. Thank you for years of friendship, companionship, and adding quality to our lives. Your pain and suffering is over so you can rest at peace and be with GOD. I look forward to the day when we see you again and that unforgettable smile you graciously always wore. You will be greatly missed, yet never forgotten, we love you. Glenn & Amy Henderson - Northport.
