Lawless, Joan M. of Greenlawn, NY died peacefully on December 25, 2013 at the age of 89. Lifelong volunteer and advocate for others in need, and active member of Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church in Centerport , NY for over 50 years. Beloved wife of the late Thomas P., Loving mother of Thomas (Joan) Lawless, Mary (Ken, deceased) Tucker, Joanne (George) Ruotolo, Kathleen (Robert) Graham, Patrick (deceased), Timothy, Eileen (Ken), Margaret (Stephen, deceased) Smith, Monica (Scott)Fuller, Patricia (John) Dmuchowski, Donna Wisnewski (deceased) Barbara (Joseph) Melillo, and Christina (Christian) Meyer.Cherished by her 25 grandchildren , 10 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her brothers, Edward and Robert Nolan, and survived by her brother Thomas Nolan and many beloved nieces and nephews.
