My deepest condolences to Larry's family and friends. I remember Larry as a nice guy and kind soul as do the others from our work group at The Hartford that have received this sad news. I retired in 2019, so I only knew Larry for a short time - Larry was the first to e-mail me when my retirement was announced, and we continued to correspond - Larry always with a kind word that would raise my spirit which I will always remember. Rest In Peace My Friend.

Dear Beth and family,
Kathy and I were deeply saddened to hear of Larry’s passing. We will always remember his inimitable singing at our parties and get togethers, the studying and work lunches with the insurance guys, his trusted advice on work and life, and most of all his friendship. He was a wonderful man that will be missed dearly. He is in our prayers. RIP Larry

Dearest Beth and family. It is with the greatest of sadness that I send these words at the loss of your loving husband Larry..I am so sorry I could not be with you and your family but my heart is hurting.
I have known you and your family for over 40 years - most of my career. It was my joy teaching your beloved sister Margaret Anne and working with Libby and John- as I fondly called your parents.
I remember a young Beth coming many times to my classroom.
Ralph and I send our wishes for peace and comfort for you and your family. Much love ❤️

Larry had a good heart. As a teenager, I learned alot about music from him. He was 3 years older than me and had a very big influence on my development as a musician and a person. I will miss his kind words, his sweet smile and his vivacious personality. He loved life.

Uncle Larry and Aunt Beth are the best people in the world and they always make me feel special. They are a big part of my life and I always looked forward to our weekly visits on Thursdays. Uncle Larry, Aunt Beth, John and Justin have celebrated every special event in my life. Uncle Larry never missed my birthdays, coloring Easter eggs, Christmas mornings or trick or treating. Whenever we had a problem my parents called Uncle Larry. He spoiled me with treats and took me out to fun places. We watched movies together and he helped me with my Spanish homework. I can’t imagine my life without him. I love Uncle Larry so much and my heart will miss him forever.

I’m heartbroken and devastated to have learned of Larry’s passing. I became his friend at Christ the King parish when he gave my young daughter Alexa some arts and crafts items to play with during Mass.
I’m tearing up writing this. She ALWAYS looked for him and would gleefully say, “Daddy, there’s LARRY!” She knew seeing him meant a new fun thing to play with.
He had a bag full of those things and told me he did it for me so I would have peace during Mass. How thoughtful!
He must’ve given her 20 of those things over the last couple years.
Then I got to known him better through Men’s Roundtable and he was a lightning rod of conversation. I also got to know his wife Beth and their sons. Oh, I’m so sad for your loss. What a shame.
Alexa and I prayed for him EVERY time we were together. She would often start it off by saying “Larry!” when we would pray for those who were sick and needed God’s healing mercies.
I’m sad for my friend and his family and I’m also knowing that he has MET God now and is happy. We are sad but he is overjoyed. I know that. He will live forever with God.
Let’s focus on his life and the joy he spread. I can only hope I can do 50% of what he did.
God Bless, everyone. I am praying for you all.

Larry was a wonderful father, husband, and neighbor. So very sorry to learn of his passing. He will be remembered for his lively conversations during our neighborhood chats, his adept maneuvers while driving in reverse down our street, his love of nature, his fun block party games, and his big smile! Our love and prayers are extended to his boys, Beth and his entire family. Thinking of you all - The Kopsachilis Family
