Patrick was a Proud Army Veteran and will be buried along side his first wife at Calverton National Cemetery following his Funeral Mass.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Patrick had fond memories of growing up on East 87th Street in Canarsie. This included the Russo farmhouse, Family and dear lifelong friends. It is here he met his 1st wife Joan.

Patrick served as 2nd Lt in the U.S. Army from 1952 - 1953 with a specialty in radar guided missles. He married Joan in 1957, moved to Fort Salonga in 1961 where he raised their family. Always warm, welcoming and happy. He loved music, dancing and entertaining. Patrick, or "PC" cultivated a passion for cooking which he imparted onto his family. He had an incredible appreciation for dogs and always had one in the household.

PC enjoyed traveling and said his favorite trip was the one to Sicily, where his parents are from.

After Joan passed in 1990, Patrick met his 2nd wife, Carolyn and her three girls. They married and moved to Heathrow, FL in 1994. He had a wonderful life and beautiful memories there with his 2nd family and beloved grandchildren. He imparted his wisdom, stories and cooking onto them as well. He walked his three girls down the aisle at their weddings and adored his new grandchildren. They shared close to 30 years of holidays, meals and love.

Patrick's family and friends adore and love him so very much.

PC wrote this quote in a memoir;

"The passing of a beloved into God's realm is an emotional mix of great sadness, relief from suffering and total finality but it is ultimately a reconciliation with God's will"
