So many good memories of working with Harold at funerals at St. Paul's Methodist. Two good memories: he contacted me that he thought some caregivers were talking one of my congregants into changing her will for them. He and I went and visited with the congregant and proceeded to change the locks. The police came with the caregivers and their lawyer. End result: the will went back to what the Methodist member wanted. He and I worked the services and interment for two of my elderly saints, a sweet couple who died a week apart. Both buried out east, we stopped at the same Mexican restaurant on the way home. Harold got quite a kick out of my ordering at the second one, "Same as last week." HE WAS A BLESSING AND AN UPLIFT AT EVERY POSSIBLE OCCASION.
Sincerely, Bob MacDonald, St. Paul's Methodist, '82-'95
