“Mr. Muccio,” as I always called him, was my and my family’s longtime friend and neighbor. When I was young, he would always watch our three cats (Tiffin, Yosie, and Lucky) when we went away, and every summer, I would bring him fruits and vegetables from our garden—tomatoes and cucumbers! And every time he was outside the house and I would pass by, he would always want to talk, even if only to ask how I was doing. I will miss that, and I send my condolences and best wishes to Darren and the whole family. Thanks for everything, Mr. Muccio.

Mr. Muccio was my CYO Coach and a true leader. He was definitely a tough guy with a heart of gold. I always admired him, enjoyed his company, and am very sorry for his passing.

Danny, you will be sorely missed. Seeing you every day practically at the Gold Coast cigar store, sitting in your favorite chair as the chairman of the board. Things will never be the same without you sitting in your chair. I was glad I could visit you at your home this past week. You will. Always be remembered by me. JEJ

We are neighbors of the Muccio’s. When we moved in, we immediately knew we had great neighbors, so Kind and welcoming. Danny had great wit and we shared our love of cats. He used to watch all 3 of our cats while we were away. We will miss you Danny!
