Fond stepfather of Mark Vackeniere and Erich Valckeniere and his wife Tina. Dear stepgrandfather of Zachary, Matthew, Nikolas and Lucas. Percy loved the water and was an avid fisherman. Visiting will be Saturday September 23, 2023 from 2-5 pm at the Nolan Funeral Home, 5 Laurel Avenue, Northport with a prayer service at 4pm, with a private cremation to follow.
