William J. Gowen of Barnegat, NJ (formerly of Kings Park, NY) on September 22, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Kathleen (nee McTiernan). Loving father of William (Jan) Gowen Jr., Kevin (Mary Lynn) Gowen, Barbara (Bob Baumann) Lowe and Robert Gowen. Cherished grandfather of Ryan, Kelly (Spencer), Lori, Bill, Dan, Matthew and Emily. Devoted great grandfather of Reagan & Theo. Dear father in-law of the late Pam Gowen. Visiting Wednesday 10 AM - 10:30 AM with a funeral service beginning at 10:30 AM. Interment, with U.S. Army Military Honors, to follow at Calverton National Cemetery.
