Obituary of Pamela Jeanne Otruba
Pamela Jeanne Otruba (nee Barogin) of Kings Park, NY (formerly of East Northport, NY, Huntington, NY and Kingston, NY) passed away peacefully on October 10th surrounded by close friends.
Loving mother of the late Deirdre, daughter of the late Gwen Norton, the late Bernard Barogin and step-daughter of the late James E. Norton and sister of the late Robert Barogin.
Pam is survived by Deirdre’s father Jack Otruba, Deirdre’s aunt Lynn Sinkinson and uncle Herb Sinkinson. She is also survived by her sisters Laura Norton, Susan Barnes, and brothers James Norton and Christian Norton and many loving nieces and nephews.
Pam graduated from the Academy of St. Ursula, Kingston, NY and the college of New Rochelle. She worked professionally in the music industry along side her husband for 3 decades. In addition she had a long career as a Sr. Software Engineer at Grumman InfoConversion, Moody’s and Thompson Reuters.
Pam was beloved by all who knew her for her kindness, generosity, and her quick wit.
