I remember the first time I met Mr Brumm- - he showed me his beautiful wooden boat and beamed with pride. He introduced me to his beloved duck Donald and then we all had chocolate chip cookies " his favorite go to food" it was a great afternoon and I really felt a bond with him . Was looking forward to going back with Laura to spend time with this lovely man . Cheers to you Mr Brumm and love to all of you .

I worked with Pat and met Freddie many years ago at a party. My husband and I both enjoyed Pat and Freddie as a couple and had memorable laughs over the years. Freddie always had such a loving and welcoming presence and a contagious laugh. He had a big heart and he took great care of Pat and his family, his dogs and his ducks.
He loved well and will be missed
Our deepest condolences to Pat and the entire family.
Love, Anna and Ed Allocco

From the first day I met Fred at the FAA we have been laughing through the years. That was in 1980. My mascara used to run down my face because I laughed so much I had tears running down my face. Thank you Fred for all the wonderful memories. My heart goes out to Pat as well as your children. It was an honor knowing such a kind individual. You will be greatly missed.

Fred also known as Freddy to many. My folks just loved his energy. He was the guy with the sea plane. Or the man who loved his Saint Bernards. He enjoyed and so loved his family and embraced life to the fullest. May you rest in peace. Always remembered for your welcoming smile and fun laugh. Peace and ❤️. Lynn Pierpoint Meilick

Such an amazing man in my life of knowing him. Since I was a new kid of 7 years old coming to Northport and meeting my friend Freddy Brumm. There I’d quickly know his mom and dad. How cool was this man who flew a sea plane right into our waters? So cool!! As time moved on, Freddy and I’d become friends in elementary school on to high school. Fast forward to our older years, I’d never known of Fred Sr and My Dad having taken the train together to NYC for scores. I’d never known My Mom and Pat were on the same Salon schedule for their hair do’s. Our parents were friends for a million years as are Freddy, me and my twin brother Jimmy.
I’m so happy he had 91 glorious years and capped it off as he would want, taking his pup for a walk. Just perfect! The McKenna’s send their love and sympathy to the Brumm’s and thatnk you all for the gift of your friendship.
