Dear Sweet Valerie, You will always dance upon my heart & bring heartwarming memories. Thank you for raising four beautiful children - I adore & am so proud of my nieces & nephews. Thank you for all the kindness & love you showed to me throughout the years, & to my parents when they were still alive. One of my very first memories was being the flower girl in your wedding. I wanted to be next to you in every picture & I nicknamed you "Pretty". Rest in Peace my beautiful sister in law. You will be so missed - Sally & Joe Paul

We are so sorry to hear of Valerie’s passing. She was a true lady in all aspects who never seemed to age. For as long as I can remember she looked the same. A beautiful lady inside and out.
