Dear Celeste, John and Kristina and Steve and Christine and all of Fran’s beloved grandchildren: Please be assured of my thoughts and prayers to all of you during this sad time. Fran (my sister-in-law) has been in my life for over 70 years. She was so loved by the Clancy’s from day one. What a great reunion she is having with her family up in heaven. May you rest in peace, Fran. I will miss you!!
