Thanks to my talented nephew, Patrick Long, for writing a beautiful obituary that brings honor and appreciation to my mother so that she might be remembered with distinctness whenever we read it. Barbara, David, Harry & I are so sorry for this sudden loss. We send our deepest sympathies from across the Sound. Last summer's wedding is a wonderful memory of everyone being happy and together. We will hold Mary in our hearts, and send our very best wishes to the family.

I loved my beautiful, vivacious cousin Mary. We didn’t get to see each other often but we shared many joys and heartaches together. She was a great comfort and support to me. I will miss her very, very much. God Bless Mary. Rest In Peace.

I am so sorry to hear that Mary has died. No matter how old a person gets, you will still miss them. She was a beautiful, caring woman and friend. My deepest sympathy to Robert Gladwish and his family and of course to all of Mary’s large family. May God ease the pain of missing Mary, knowing she had a long, well lived life.
