Obituary of Lydia Onders

Lydia Onders on August 9, 2024 of Northport at age 87. Beloved wife of Edward, husband for 62 years. Loving mother of Stacy Tollie and Timothy Onders (wife, Laura Wilbur). Proud grandmother of Sophia Onders. Lydia graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, and was a long-time Preschool teacher at First Presbyterian Church of Northport. A Memorial Service will be held at the Central Presbyterian Church in Huntington, NY in the near future. Cremation private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Helping Hand Rescue Mission, 225 Broadway, Huntington Station, NY 11746.
