Dear friend to William Field de Neergaard of Roslyn Harbor, New York and Naples Florida, on the Board of LIU Pharmacy College (now Emeritus), and his wife Helene Gaillet de Neergaard, Artist & Author, who received much guidance and knowledge from Richard over years of friendship. We also shared beautiful stones from beaches near and far, and wonderful Monday nights of pool playing, a game in which Richard excelled, as he did in so many of his endeavors. A great brilliant man whose life was of leadership and generosity in sharing all he knew.
