Craig was my uncle and such a big part of my family at one time. I can remember fondly how he took my late husband Bruno, my grandparents and myself to Arthur Ave in the Bronx. He was beaming showing us all around the Italian Market places. He also took us out to a special lunch, I can hear him saying, " you gotta try this place!!" His joy came from seeing us enjoy the day. Not many people find happiness in other people's happiness- Craig had that rare gift. Rest in peace Craig- and I hope you're having a glass of wine at the big table with Bruno, Uncle Louie & Big Lou- they were all so found of you! Thanks for the nice memories and the love you shared with us over the years!
We were neighbors and friends of Craig in Ft. Myers. Craig was a wonderful man and good friend. As I look out my window I see Craig's house and sadness comes over me because he won't be walking out his door. He will be missed terribly by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
I haven't seen Craig in many, many years-
But he had an un-forgettable smile - he was a real Gentleman, in the S.C.P.D. in Huntington.
Rest in Peace now, Craig.
I am Craig's cousin originally from West Virginia. His mom Helen and my mom Pauline were sisters. I have a lot of good memories of Craig. He and Gary were a little older than me but were always my favorite cousins. They came to visit to West Virginia many times in past years. I am so sorry about Craig. I haven't seen him in years but Gary keeps in touch with me and called me last night. I am sure Craig will be missed.
