Obituary of Kathleen A. Ridini
RIDINI, Kathleen Althea (nee White) Of Centerport, NY, on November 25, 2014 at the age of 83. She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Dr. Leonard Michael Ridini, and children Maryann (Ridini) Spencer and her spouse Dr. Christopher Scott Spencer, Leonard Michael, Jr. Esq. and his spouse Carol Roge Ridini, Dr. Steven Paul and his spouse Dr. Michael Hartwig, Kathleen Theresa (Ridini) Treiber and her spouse Fred Treiber, Christopher James, Esq. and his spouse Kristina Galehouse Ridini, and David John and his spouse Jill Coulson Ridini. Kathleen is the cherished grandmother of twelve: Jennifer and Kimberly Ridini, Max Treiber, Carley, Dylan and Michaela Ridini, and Alexandra, Jake and Olivia Ridini and Izabelle, Logan and Liam Spencer. Also survived by her loving cousins, Leo and Jeannine Murphy, Frances and James Raftery, Richard and Caroline Murphy and brother-in-law Michael Ridini and his spouse Josephine and all their children. A beautiful and positive spirit, Kathleen touched the lives of many and dedicated her life to her husband and family. As a successful businesswoman, Kathleen was an award-winning producer and manager for Prudential Long Island Realty and Merrill Lynch/Carl Burr Realty. Kathleen and her husband Leonard originally hail from Boston, Massachusetts and for many years lived in Syosset and Cutchogue, NY as well as West Palm Beach, Florida. Kathleen is now committed to our Creator and resides with her father, mother, devoted brother, cousin Patricia Murphy Scollins and her husband George, and in-laws, Leo and Mary Ridini and her Uncle Leo and Aunt Theresa Murphy. An Irish blessing for our family: May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face. May the rains fall soft upon your fields. And, until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand. Funeral from the William J. Gormley Funeral Home, 2055 Centre St., WEST ROXBURY, Saturday, Nov. 29 at 9am, followed by a Funeral Mass in St Theresa Church at 10 O'clock. Visiting hours Friday 4-8pm.
