Dear Rose, how we will miss you, the love that you showed me and my family over the years was truly the greatest gift we could receive. Your warmth and hospitality made all who entered your home feel like beloved long lost family. You loving kindness, meekness, and humility made your home a place of peace and refuge to all who entered there. The way you would greet someone made them feel like the most important person in the world and you treated all who entered like kings and dignitaries.
I want all to know how much you and Harold have meant to us over the years, you were like my second family and like Grandparents to our daughter Theresa. Your kind, gentle and loving heart brought joy to all who were blessed to know you. As I look back on the past thirty plus years I count myself honored to have called you friend. We love and will miss you. And I know when we get to Heaven you and Harold will be there to greet us all with a warm smile and a hug.
We will miss you but heaven is just a little brighter because one more star has been added to her today. God bless you Rose.
