The Wick family has lost their rock. I am so sad for them but know that you are in a better place, not fighting for every breath. Thank you so much for always accepting me in your life, even when i was an out of control teenage kid. God does everything for a reason. Rest in peace.

Carol was such a pleasant woman to be around. She had such drive and energy and was always off and running somewhere. Carol was so great at welcoming me as the New Kid on the Block when I started driving a school bus for M&S. She was the PROUDEST Grandma that anyone could ever imagine. She will be missed - But her memory can live on with her family and friends. Gob Bless you all at this time of healing.

Carol,
You are an amazing person. I knew you only a short time, perhaps a year, but it was obvious how very much you would give for your children. I am blessed to have Nancy in my life today. You took amazing care of those you loved. That CARE will be missed by MANY!
God Bless You.

We shared our girlish dreams at Bonhard's and Boosters Beach and in letters marked SWAK and "Deliver de letter, de sooner de better" of boys, cars and our children's names, our frustrations over parents, siblings, teachers and neighbors, and so many laughs - making lemon meringue pie without the lemon pellet, pear pie with the hard pears from your backyard, pizza pie with one pack of mozzarella for the pie and one for the piemakers, experiments like trying to inhale (Tipparillos!), sports like tanning and gutterball bowling and passengering minibikes, and traveling at the 1964-65 World's Fair, and dressing up at each other's weddings. I carry you in my heart. As always, Sue

Godmothers have no wands or wings,
So they work with wisdom, love, and things.
Having taken on this role,
You loved me right down to my very soul.
At times you offered kindness and insight,
and greetings with a hug and kiss,
All freely out of love, and all of which I will dearly miss.
I will choose a twinkling star at night ,
And say a prayer for you by it's bright light.
You are with the Lord now and no longer in pain,
In my thoughts, you’ll always remain…

Mommy
I do not want to believe that you are gone, but cannot help but think that you are in peace and in the loving hands of God. Now we have 2 strong beautiful angels watching over us.
I cannot even begin to say how blessed I am to have you as my mother. You ALWAYS put everyone else before yourself, especially your family. You were there for Robbie when I wasn't and ALWAYS supported me through it ALL; for that I cannot even begin to express my gratitude. You have taught me how to be a loving mother for my child, because that is all you showed us. You are so greatly missed, but live on forever in our hearts and memories.

Carol Wick was a woman with a good soul, a good sense of humor, and a kind word for you even if you weren't family. She was there for advice or a good joke. She loved to bowl and play with her grandkids. But most of all she loved her husband and her family. That shows in the people that her kids have become. I am lucky to have met her and her wonderful daughter Dawn. I am glad they made me at times feel a part of their family as well. She even let me call her Ma or Mom from time to time. She will be greatly missed by myself and everyone.
