Gladding, June Campbell of New Bern, N.C. formerly of Northport died Sunday January 4, 2009 at home with her husband and daughter at her side. In her 84th year. She is survived by her husband of 61 years Charles "Ted", a daughter June B. Engelmann of Northport & her grandchildren; Peter Jack Engelmann & his wife Michelle, of Northport, Laurene June Placilla and her husband Richard, of Northport, Steven Walter Engelmann & his wife Kristin of Centerport, her great grandchildren Peter Richard Engelmann, Erik Joseph Engelmann, Riely Campbell Engelmann, Sarah Laurene Placilla & Luke Kyle Placilla. Family & friends may visit Saturday, January 17, 2009 at the Nolan & Taylor-Howe Funeral Home, 5 Laurel Ave., Northport from 10 AM to 12 Noon with a funeral service at noon at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Northport Rural Cemetery, Sandy Hollow Road, Northport.
