Such sadness fills my heart. How very strange to lose from your life, a woman who has known me for as long as my own mother. A significant figure in my life that represented a huge part of my childhood and who has watched me grow up along the way. My childhood memories seem to be made up of such small happenings, but how big and how wonderful they truly must be if I can recall, to this day, each one with such clarity.
